Beginners

Intermediate

• Reverse scissor splits - advanced version incls 3 x scissors into backspin
• Double climb

• Back walkover
• Angel - for advanced version extend. Try to get bottom leg to splits on pole
• Attitude spin - simple
• Attitude spin side tuck
• Pike attitude spin
• The swan - for an advanced version, elbow hold & hold back leg with other hand

Advanced

• Double scissors
• Superwoman
• Boxer dip corkscrew - hard spin
• Attitude in the air
• Handstand or elbow shapes
• Candy cane
• Boxer to back spin upsidedown
• Shoulder mount
• Flag shapes
• Elevated boxer or box spin to box splits or swivel hips

Advanced one

• Scorpion
• The snap with crucifix drop
• Snapper/shapes
• Attitude in the air with splits
• Quick split
• Box dip corkscrew & hanging shapes
• Splits to splits
• Boxer to boxer
• Asia
• Vertical split combo

Advanced two

• Flip + butterfly pose
• Spinning boxer combo
• The pike to one handed handstand
• Y-split hook spin
• Handsprings/matrix
• Handspring from attitude in the air

• Twisted or chinese grip handspring
• Shoulder mount bounces
• Walking in the air & flag shapes
