Congratulations on taking the first step in joining us!

The following information will guide you in terms of what you need for your lessons

• Please bring / wear shorts for grip on the poles and a top
• Class in bare foot – but please bring your own Heels and Ballet Shoes for these classes
• Bring water and a towel
• No baggy clothing
• Minimal jewellery
• No lotions or oils on skin
• First Aid, Toilets, Showers, Water, Towels, Grip Aid for Poles and more all available at classes
