SOUTHAMPTON
I have studied many different styles of dance since childhood as well as gymnastics. I also went to college and gained a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts / Musical Theatre. I love to dance and perform but also enjoy teaching others new moves. I have been completely addicted to pole dancing since I went along to my first beginners class in 2005 with Pole Performers. I was looking for something new and fell in love with this sport. I found it to be a huge amount of fun while keeping fit, and I have also made some true friendships through the classes. After completing a full instructor training course with Pole Performers in 2006, I am now a fully qualified pole dance instructor. I also love to perform in pole dancing shows with pole performers and have traveled across the country amazing people with our routines and tricks. I am an experienced pole / podium dancer in clubs and for private events - I love the freedom this gives me to demonstrate my dance and pole ability.

LYNDHURST
I have been with Pole Performers for 4 years, enjoying every moment .I first joined for a bit of fun and to tone up after having my 4th child. Since then I have been fully trained with Pole Performers and teaching from beginners to advanced, I teach from one to one or small groups from my home, I have converted my conservatory into a small fully equipped 2 pole studio, one pole which is a spinning pole.
I can honestly say I have never been in such good shape and had so much fun from a fitness activity, it's great for a confidence building, toning all muscles and helping with posture and flexibility, I gain just as much out of pole fitness, teaching others as I do learning a new trick myself, it's a fun full body and mind work out.

Hi, my name's Sarah. I teach the Brighton dance class for Pole Performers. I started pole dancing in November 2006 and found I just loved it, in fact I loved it so much that a year on I started teaching for Pole Performers! I studied gymnastics and dance at a young age and went on to take part in all sorts of sports from swimming to gym to scuba diving. I also qualified as a YMCA Exercise to Music Instructor in 2003. The classes are great fun for everyone, with a relaxed atmosphere where girls from beginners to professionals can come along, learn and also have a laugh. Give us a call if you fancy joining in.

SOUTHAMPTON
I was always energetic as a kid and started off doing tumble tots and ballet from a young age, performing in small local shows, then moved onto gymnastics as I had far too much bounce for a ballerina. I stared gymnastics classes at primary school, that's when I realised I was really flexible. We performed routines and tumble shows at summer fetes and around the local areas, that's when I got the bug for gymnastics and decided to push my flexibility to the limit so I decided to join the gymnastics squad for river park leisure centre in Winchester. I participated in more shows and achieved bronze medal in a national competition. Shortly after this I had to give up gymnastics and thought my bouncy lifestyle had come to an end. But many years later I went to a pole taster class in the London area through work, I loved it and instantly knew that's what I needed in my life. This was in 2006, the following week I spotted Pole Performers dance school in Southampton. That was it I booked up a course and was hooked! I made some great friends in class and pestered Emma for ages wanting to get more involved, in time she took me on to do shows and promotional work and by early 2008 I was teaching my very own class for Pole Performers. Since being part of Pole Performers I have been a part of some fantastic shows and events and have made some awesome friends. I absolutely love my job working with Pole Performers its not only great fun but fantastic exercise. I hope to see you at a class soon!
