FLEET
I've always been interested in health and fitness, and I can honestly say that nothing quite matches the great exercise and fun that a pole dancing class provides!
Since joining my first class with the guru of pole dancing, Emma Simmonds, in May 2005 I have progressed from the beginner to professional level. I've now qualified as an instructor and will be teaching classes in the Fleet area.
If for any reason you are hesitating about joining a class whether on your own or as a group then just come along and watch to see what it is all about, but bring your shorts, and don't moisturise[!], as trust me you'll want to join in.
Qualifications

SOUTHAMPTON
I have been dancing since childhood and love learning new styles and techniques. I am fully dance trained with Pole Performers and I have now completed a full instructor training course to enable me to teach. I enjoy teaching people how to perform amazing pole tricks and vibrant dance routines. I have become completely addicted to pole dancing since going along to my first beginners class with Pole Performers in 2005. I also love the buzz I get from performing in shows with pole performers all over the country and in front of hundreds of spectators. People are always amazed at the acrobatic tricks we perform on the poles.

CHANDLERS FORD
Hello my name is Sarah Penfold and i would like to welcome you to my home. I have my own space set aside, for pole dancing i have an SP pole just like the ones used in Emmas classes, gym mats on the floor for warm up and cool down sessions. If you are wanting private lessons i am free most evenings and some times during the day. Although i have my own space just for pole dancing, it is limited, so at the most i could have three people at a time for a lesson. If you are interested please contact Emma at Pole Performers.

After having my 4th child I decided to join the gym I tried lots of different exercises classes but never enjoyed them. In September 2006 I heard the local gym was starting pole dancing lessons so me and Sarah Penfold decided to have a go as a laugh. After the first lesson I was hooked and new i wanted to teach. I have now been having lessons for about a year and a half and love it. I have become confident have made lots of new friends. My body is in better shape than before having children and i am surprised how flexible I have become. I have just started teaching which I love and look forward to the further with pole performers Jan 2008.

SOUTHAMPTON
Hi I am Martin, I am a hairdresser, and have studies with people such as Vidal Sassoon, Nicholas French, and Patrick Cameron. I have also cut some famous celebrities namely Cliff Richard, Justin Hayward, Rick and Marrietta Parfit from Status Que to name but a few.
I trained in 1993 at the Queen Mothers Leisure Centre, London, and gained a Diploma in Exercise to Music. Since then I worked in the YMCA, in Surbiton teaching all levels of aerobics, then went on to complete my "Step" module. My enjoyment of this type of fitness lead me to specialise in step aerobics. I then taught at David Lloyd in Raynes Park, Wimbledon. I then moved to Southampton, and taught step aerobics at the David Lloyd in Southampton. I then embarked on Pole Performers recommended to me by a client, and my love for this fun fitness workout grow to the extent that I am now qualified to teach pole dancing.
Hope to see you at my classes.
