The following information will guide you in terms of what you need for your lessons

• Please wear shorts for grip on the poles, trainers and top
• Jazz shoes and leg warmers recommended, but bare foot is fine
• Bring water and a towel
• No baggy clothing
• Minimal jewellery
• No lotions or oils on skin
